Your secondary market, under control.

ControlOSControlOS

It’s your company’s equity. You should control its secondary market.

But your shareholders' desire for liquidity is showing up online, in public marketplaces.

Instead, control how your secondary market works.

ControlOS gives your company the tools it needs to do that.

Get to know ControlOS

Everything you need to control your company's secondary market. The only secondary market solution that puts companies first.

SCANNER

Monitor your company's
secondary market

Our AI scans online secondary marketplaces for your company, alerts you to activity, and helps you intervene when necessary.

DEMAND LIST

Screen buyers
in your private forum

Your white labeled pipeline of buy and sell indications. Screen buyers, approve intros— all in one private pipeline, off public marketplaces.

TRANSFER PORTAL

Automate share transfers
from match to close

Modern stock transfer management software to streamline how transfers move from matched counterparties to close.

CONSOLIDATE

Pool many secondary
buyers into one

Pool smaller secondary buyers into one SPV; shareholders sell their shares to the SPV in a single transfer— so the company adds one cap-table line instead of many.

The four products. In depth.

SCANNER

Map your public secondary activity

Scanner monitors secondary marketplaces—sites like Forge, Hiive, and EquityZen—where private stock is listed publicly to buyers, often outside your governance.

When your shares appear, you get an email or Slack notification with the listing details and a takedown request ready to send.

DEMAND LIST

Give secondary activity a home you control

Demand List is your company's authorized forum for shareholders and buyers to express their interest in private, instead of using public marketplaces.

You share one link with shareholders and buyers, then their interest submissions land in a private pipeline only your team can see.

From there, you can screen buyers, approve the details, and then pass matches to Transfer Portal for transfer execution.

TRANSFER PORTAL

Automate and manage share transfers—from match to close

Transfer Portal automates your transfer documents, handles custom review/approval steps, includes e-sign and notices / reminders, and supports payments and post-close cap table sync, all with live status updates in your inbox or Slack.

Once the company approves proposed transfers—via Demand List, brokers, or the shareholder(s) themselves—what used to default to outside counsel and a five-figure invoice now runs where your team already works—fewer handoffs and no guesswork about where each deal stands.

CONSOLIDATE

Combine secondary buyers into one vehicle

Each incremental secondary buyer typically means another line on the cap table, another transfer packet, and another direct shareholder relationship for the company to manage.

Secondary Vehicles pool those buyers into one zero management fee / zero carry special purpose vehicle (SPV), so the company records only one new direct investor (the SPV).

Rollups handles vehicle formation, buyer onboarding, the investment, compliance, tax, and ongoing administration of the vehicle.

Take control of your secondary market

Without ControlOS

Unsanctioned transfers on forward contracts. Undesirable price signals. No visibility, or control.

With ControlOS

Visibility, owned channels, company-approved transfers—one program.

How it works

  1. 01Know what's happening

Scanner watches public trading venues; your team gets analytics and alerts, and can challenge unauthorized trades quickly.

  2. 02Reroute interest indications to your private channel

Point shareholders and interested buyers to your private pipeline of interest submissions. By making your authorized path the default, serious interest gathers there—not in public marketplaces.

  3. 03Automate transfer governance

You approve proposed transfers through your own customizable rails that can be molded to your ideal transfer approval process.

  4. 04Execute transfers the way you want

Transfer Portal automates your transfer signatures, wires, countersignature, and cap table updates in one thread for finance, legal, and IR.

One platform.
Complete secondary market control.

Everything You Need to Know

  • Rollups is the name of our company. Our product suite is expanding to include ControlOS.
  • Rollups is part of AngelList’s ecosystem of brands. AngelList.com is for VCs and investors. Rollups serves companies. Our products for companies benefit from AngelList’s core infrastructure. Your investors and stakeholders likely already have AngelList accounts, and they can use them with Rollups without any additional effort.
  • Yes. All of Rollups’ products work with any cap table solution.
  • No. ControlOS is not a marketplace. It is a suite of software tools for companies to manage their secondary market transactions.
  • You can start with the products you need—for example Scanner alone—and add Demand List or Transfer Portal & Consolidate when you are ready.
  • Companies can use Scanner to maintain awareness while they roll out Demand List to their shareholders as a company-managed alternative to the public marketplaces. When you are ready to execute, Transfer Portal automates documents, approvals, e-sign, payments, and status updates through to close. You can use them as one flow or adopt them individually as your program matures.
  • Buyers/Sellers do not need to create accounts or sign in to submit their interest in Demand List. However, they do need to have an account to transact. Many investors and stakeholders already have AngelList accounts because Rollups runs on AngelList’s infrastructure. Where that applies, they can sign in with their existing accounts. Your team controls who receives links and access to company-specific flows like Demand List.
  • Submissions go into a private pipeline that only your team can see. It is not a public order book—shareholders and buyers express interest through your link, and you decide how to review, screen, and progress matches.
  • No. ControlOS is operational software for notifications, routing interest, approvals, signatures, and tracking—it does not replace legal or securities advice or the role of a broker where one is required.
  • ControlOS is focused on visibility, management, and execution for secondaries. Rollups also offers products for raising capital (for example Roll Up Vehicles® (RUVs)) and for pooling secondary buyers (Secondary Vehicles / Consolidate). They can work alongside ControlOS depending on your transaction. Learn more about RUVs here, consolidation here, and secondary vehicles here.
