Terms & Conditions
This program is eligible for a limited time to invited companies with new Roll Up Vehicles that are created & paid for between 10/15/2025 and 12/31/2025.
New RUV: A Roll Up Vehicle must be first created between the dates of 10/15/2025 and 12/31/2025 and be fully paid for and closed by 12/31/2025 to be eligible for this program. RUVs that are created before 10/15/2025 or RUVs that are paid for after 12/31/2025 are not eligible.
The Roll Up Vehicle must be fully paid for, with no outstanding invoices or charges due from the company (for any RUV) to be eligible for this program.
Reward: The company that purchases a RUV credit will be eligible for a one-time single-use annual subscription to Lenny's Newsletter and the base tier of the Product Pass upon payment for the RUV. Eligiblity for the Product Pass and pricing may change. The subscription will only be valid for a single year. Future renewals and any upgrades will not be covered by the program. This reward does not include the "insider" tier of the Product Pass and as a result the perks included may vary from what is advertised. Upon completion of the RUV & all closing tasks provided by Rollups LLC, the company will be eligible for a single designated individual to recieve one Product Pass.
Credits & Perk Value: Rollups LLC cannot guarantee the value of the perks. The value and availability of the perks may change at any time. Any estimated values are for reference only. Please refer to the Product Pass for the most up to date information.

1) Eligibility
Individuals must be 18+ and legally permitted to participate. Government officials or employees acting in an official capacity, and anyone prohibited by applicable law, policy, or contractual duty, are ineligible. Participant represents and warrants they are not a registered broker-dealer or associated person and will not act as such. For the purpose of this program, a designated individual is an individual that is a shareholder, officer, director, or employee of the company and has a valid email address. If the desginated individual is already subscribed to Lenny's Newsletter, they may designate a different individual to receive the Product Pass.
This program is only valid for net new RUVs that are created and paid for between 10/15/2025 and 12/31/2025. To claim your reward, please email team@rollups.com with the subject line Lenny's Newsletter Product Pass Offer Claim, within 14 days of payment for the RUV. No other RUV promotions, credits, subsidies, package discounts, or other discounts may be applied in conjuction with this offer.
2) What Particpants May (and May Not) Do
Prohibited: Any reward or payment is not for selling or soliciting any securities. The Reward is not for referring, recommending, or otherwise endorsing the advisory services of Platform Advisor, LLC (Platform Advisor) to its clients. Participants should not speak to the advisory services of Platform Advisor Any such activity voids eligibility and may result in termination.
3) Independence; No Reimbursement
The Reward is paid solely by Rollups LLC and will not be invoiced to, passed through to, or reimbursed by the Particpants, any SPV, fund, issuer, or their investors. Participation in the program does not constitute any employment, agency, partnership, or formal association with Rollups LLC. Participants are not permitted to make any representations, endorsements, or commitments on behalf of Platform Advisor, LLC. Participants are not employees, agents, or representatives of Platform Advisor, LLC. Participants act independently and are not authorized to make representations or commitments on behalf of Rollups LLC.
4) Compliance & Conduct
Rollups LLC may decline, claw back, or withhold a Reward for suspected non-compliance, fraud, mistake, or any other reason.
Rollups LLC will not be responsible for any taxes or fees associated with the Reward.
5) Term, Changes, Termination
The program is initially active between 10/15/2025 and 12/31/2025. Rollups LLC may modify or terminate this program at any time. Any RUVs that are not fully utilized by the end of 12/31/2025 will be ineligible for the program.
6) Limits & Caps
Rollups LLC may cap/or limit participation to certain jurisdictions or industries as well as set a maximum reward amount per participant. Participants may only be eligible for one reward total per program.
7) Disclaimers & Liability
The program does not constitute investment advice or an offer to sell or solicit buyers of any security. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROLLUPS LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Aggregate liability for the program will not exceed the Reward amount at issue.
8) Miscellaneous
These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware (conflict rules excluded). Any disputes will be resolved in Delaware courts. If any term is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. This is the entire agreement regarding the program.
